Chat Pile Biography
Chat Pile is an American noise rock band known for abrasive guitars, heavy rhythms, and stark, unsettling lyrics. The group emerged from Oklahoma City and drew wider attention with its 2022 debut album, God's Country, a critically acclaimed release that pairs punishing sound with themes of alienation, violence, and contemporary life.
The band's music favors intensity over polish, placing Chat Pile among the distinctive acts in modern underground rock. Listeners exploring its catalog can start with God's Country and the later album Cool World, while tracks such as “Why” and “Slaughterhouse” capture the group's stark, forceful approach.

Chat Pile Seattle reviews
Iron Maiden was not worth it for me
Number of the Beast sounded good but didn't play any old songs. I knew a couple more songs but they certainly were not the ones they were known for in the past. I didn't get to see them in 2008 due to a vacation conflict and I guess they did play all of the good songs from Piece of Mind etc. The mostly focused on their new stuff and I was extremely disappointed. Glad I didn't splurge for the pit passes!! The only song I knew was Chat Pile and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the encore to hear it. I'd pass on this one if you are an old school Maiden fan. Then, they wait so long to turn the lights on that you think they are coming out again but nope!
